Each month you will receive a large soy candle and a surprise item.
The candle of the month scent could be from an upcoming collection or maybe it will be an exclusive member only scent! You will also receive a second item to complement your candle of the month. Examples of the second subscription box item could be a small tin of a current fragrance, wick trimmer, room spray etc.
As a subscriber, you'll receive a new candle each month that will fill your home with its delightful aroma. From refreshing summer fragrances to cozy winter scents, our candles are designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Subscription boxes can be ordered the 1st-15th for delivery the first week of the following month (EXAMPLE- Order between May 1-15 for delivery the week of June 1st). Subscription box orders will close the 15th each the month and re-open the 1st of the following month.
***SUBSCRIPTION BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU MAY CANCEL ANYTIME BEFORE THE 25TH OF THE MONTH TO AVOID THE NEXT MONTHS CHARGE***
Policies
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the nature of the order it may take up to 2 weeks. (Business days are Mon- Fri excluding federal holidays.)
If an order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHIING Lola & Bean Co can do. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must work with the shipping provider.
Items returned to sender due to customer error on shipping address will be charged the shipping rate again to resend the package.
Return policy
Products may be returned in unopened, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return postage with tracking.
Custom made products are final sale. No returns or exchanges allowed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get you a replacement.
